How bad is what is happening under my garage cement? I only now noticed that when my car ups into the drive way, that rectangular piece behind the car lifts up a little bit! The car’s weight tilts it up. Salvageable or do I need to redo the entire garage? Gulp!

8 YEARS OR 120,000 MILES=$3,880.00
10 YEARS OR 100,000 MILES=$3,390.00
We want to keep the car as long as possible. If we get now, we can roll into financing at .99 rate.
What should I do? What have folks done?

Our beloved ‘10 Impreza became too small for the family. We’re deciding between forester and ascent and ended with the latter. Landed on a 26 touring. We have a kid who’s hard of hearing so the easy speak and quieter ride was a huge selling point. Also subie financing was huge .9 for 72 months. So made buying used difficult to justify.
What should be know about tbe joys, quirks, and unexpected irks taht will come with ascent?
Made the big jump to a new Subaru! Got a ‘26 Ascent Touring, but now I must figure out what to do with ‘10 Impreza, hatchback. Dealer wanted to give me 500 for it! Yeah right. It has new cat and I did head gasket replacement three years ago. 156 miles. 1 year old Michelin tires. We are one car family and had definitely outgrown Impreza and we did not want to get rid of it. We love this car. We got a good deal on financing for 26 but now need to offload second car. Should I sell and price to get rid of it or sell at price that I think is worth it but run risk not finding buyers? Or is there a Subaru museum for Subaru owners ti take their loved Subies or perhaps a competition for subie owners to write poetry about their love for their subie and winner gets their new subie paid for?
