can someone explain why there is no aim assist in the lobbies? my fingers and wrist are sore after each match lol

After the recent sale, I am tempted to get this game after being nearly 12-13 years since I last played it. There is no crossplay, so does anyone have this game on PC so we can play?

i get stutters on almost every cod title and yes i am within the hardware requirements and have tried every single way to mitigate that.
