EMDR to retain memory

Has anyone had experience doing EMDR in order to get your memory back. My therapist believes the reason I have so few memories is from trauma. I want to be able to have memories. Living my life and not remembering any of it is getting very depressing.

Do less, more intensive sessions work?

I have been looking for an EMDR therapist. My talk therapist that I see each week told me about a colleague that she reccomends that does EMDR, but insurance doesn't really cover much of it. The therapist does 3-5 intensive sessions of 3 hours each.

This sounds great in theory, but when I read about people doing EMDR, they are going for weeks or months. Would I be able to do the work in just 3-5 intensive sessions?

Cost to change electric and plumbing in ADU

I built an ADU onto my home for my elderly mom. I dealt with the build myself with no guidance and some mistakes were made. The electric and plumbing are tied to my house. I have to put the heat up high on my side so she is warm, even though I would leave it very low in the winter myself.
At some point, I had planned to rent the ADU out and having everything tied together won’t make sense. Is it very expensive to change it? I’m assuming it’s possible, but I have no idea how complicated it would be.

Terrified of nail trims

Does anyone’s giant baby (10 mos) have an issue with getting their nails trimmed? Every time it is a process. Today, at the vet, they got 3 back toes and 2 front toes and brought her back out. I asked them if they would let me be back there with her. They were nervous she might bite or something
since she is so big and was so freaked out.
I was able to help hold her but every time the clippers made the noise - she was trying to get away.
When I first went in, we put a muzzle on her since they were nervous. But that made her so freaked out on top of everything else, I had them take it off.
She wasn’t the least bit aggressive, just terrified.
I touch her paws a lot to make her comfortable with it- she doesn’t love that, but doesn’t freak out.
I know she would never be ok with the dremel.
Does anyone have anything that has worked for them? Am I the only person whose Mastiff is a giant baby about this? I’m not sure what I can do to make this less traumatic each time.

Harness Help

My girl is larger than I am and 9 months old. She seems to be embracing her teenage era ( which is tough and a whole other issue.)
My issue is controlling her. I cannot hold her when she pulls away. Please tell me there is a harness out there that will stop her from pulling.

EDIT: There are some helpful ideas here, thank you. It does make me realize she needs additional training for this. She did puppy training, and will sit and wait for food and treats etc., but all of that is out the window with people. I am calling some private trainers to help me work on this today.
