
LAST CALL for UK Based Research Participants: Ketogenic Therapy for Mental Health
Dear community,
This is the last call for UK based participants to take part in the research study titled 'Implementing Ketogenic Metabolic Therapy (KMT) for Mental Illness: A Mixed-Methods Pilot Trial of an Online Psychoeducational and Support Program’.
In collaboration with the University of East London and Integrative Ketogenic Research and Therapies, this is the last call for UK-based participants for a 24-week remote clinical trial, specifically in the Depression and Anxiety populations.

IKRT services will continue as normal throughout the study period. All IKRT programs remain unchanged.
STUDY INFORMATION
This 24-week remote study will investigate the clinical impact of ketogenic metabolic therapy delivered alongside structured education and peer support in adults with diagnoses of depression and/or anxiety.
Participants will receive:
• Full access to a 24-week online KMT psychoeducation and support program (usually valued at >£1000)
• Weekly guided support and Q&A sessions (Wednesday evenings)
• Personalised macronutrient targets and structured meal planning guidance
• At-home monitoring equipment for ketones, glucose, HbA1c, Vitamin D and B12
• Access to a private online peer support community
All core education, coaching, and testing resources are provided at no cost.
