Price Tiers
Hi all!! Got the text today that early bird tickets are coming out soon
Just curious what the price difference is between early bird and general sale? I'm on the fence about locking in before lineup comes out

Hey all! So I got a pair of Peloton branded shoes (I think they are Shimano?) when I first got my bike in 2020. A few years later I picked up a pair of Nike Superreps and flipped between them until the Peloton shoes fully died and rode with the Superreps only
At this point, I'm over 2400 rides in so really need some replacements. Any recommendations? I did like Peloton shoes over the Superreps as I preferred the stiffer shoe (I know they don't make Superreps anymore but just for reference)
I've been a Blue Apron customer consistently since 2015. I've always enjoyed their recipes and I liked that it took the thinking out of meal planning. Left to my own devices, I felt dinner easily got boring with a cooked protein and veg so the variety they offered was great. There's been a few bumps with spoiled food or late deliveries over the years but they were rare and they always offered outstanding customer service to make up for it with a no questions asked refund.
However, after this past delivery, I think I'm done. I noticed after they got bought out that the recipes were pared down and less interesting. And I'm not impressed by the new fulfillment plan to eliminate the meal kits. In theory, I was all for it to eliminate a lot of that plastic, but seeing it in practice with the ingredients I did receive this week really seems to put a bit more work into the process and the work is what I'm paying to remove. There has to be other ways to eliminate the extra plastic.
I went through several other meal kits services yesterday and could not get excited for them. Sunbasket seems expensive for what it is, HomeChef and Hello Fresh options lean pretty close to what I would make on my own anyway. I just couldn't get excited to place an order to try one out.
One of the main things I really liked about BA was getting protein portions for two. I always find it annoying to have to buy a pound of ground beef, for example, and have just one extra portion to figure out what to do with. But I'm realizing with just a bit of occasional work, I can bulk buy these proteins and just portion them myself to freeze and grab as I go.
I've got a stack of Blue Apron recipes saved from better days and I've learned a bunch over the years about cooking so at this point, I would say the overall value proposition of meal kits is no longer there
Because what is this??? This is supposed to feed us five meals??
For reference- what I ordered:
Spicy tomato & Garlic Gnocci
Greek chicken bowls
Fiesta Rice & Cheesy chicken
Hot honey chicken
Miso butter Glazed Chicken
Extra ground beef
Also - I only got recipe card for chicken Caesar salad that I didn’t even order
I’ve been a consistent customer since 2015 but I think this might be the last straw
Hey all, I've looked through some past recommendation threads but I have a somewhat specific situation that I'm not sure what kind of service company to look for so thought I would reach out here.
I have a small creek/drainage swale running down the side of my property and over time debris, brush, vines, and leaf buildup have accumulated restricting the flow path. There is also a chain-link fence at the rear property line that is contributing to debris accumulation.
I'm looking to get the debris and overgrowth removed and there is one fallen tree that should be removed as well. The creek area to be cleaned out is about 50 feet by 6 feet.
Any recommendations for landscapers or cleanout crews that might be able to help with a job like this?
Mom’s coming to visit this weekend and looking for somewhere to take her for brunch, ideally lakeside. I know Papa Doc’s location is great but I know it gets super busy which might be overwhelming.
I’ve been to Hello Sailor and liked it but it’s been years and I’ve seen some mixed reviews recently. Also found Eddie’s on Lake Norman - any feedback on food there? I could probably choose between Eddie’s and Hello Sailor but wanted to check if there’s anywhere better to consider??
** Bonus points if they serve New England Style clam chowder
Ask and you shall receive!!

I am so beyond excited about this!!! I will be stacking both Emma's and Mila's classes this weekend and will probably complete the rest next week :-) So fun!
Hey all! In one of the many threads over on Knowledge Fight commiserating their end, someone mentioned a recent ICHH episode where Robert was somewhat positive about the current outlook. I seem to recall the commenter saying the discussion centered around Yarvin's plans not working and other things not going according to plan. I'm not a frequent ICHH listener but would definitely love to hear the team's perspective. Does anyone know which episode this could be referring to?
So I added this 30 min Rock Ride to my stack today because the playlist is absolute perfection. I wasn't fully paying attention but in the beginning of the class he mentions that the playlist is based on a thread he saw on an "online forum" about a Rock Run that Camila did. I'm pretty sure he's referring to this thread that I posted a few months ago because its very similar. The ride is just fantastic, highly recommend if you are looking for a high energy bike workout and Benny is just fantastic as usual.
