Trump Accounts for children living abroad

So from what I can tell the Trump Accounts will need to be invested in mutual funds and ETFs. We all know that unless you have a US address, most brokerages will not let you open an account. Anyone think that this will change because of these?

My feelings of disgust for the current administration aren't strong enough to turn down 1000 USD for my child...

Was just approved as a milk donor! But supply seems to be dwindling...

I received an exciting call this morning - I've been approved to donate milk to my local hospital's neonatology unit. They only accept donors that are within 6 months of their baby's date of birth, and mine will turn 5 months next week, so I can only donate through the beginning of August. So there's limited time that I can help, but I'm excited to do what I can.

And that's the thing. Up until two weeks or so I hand expressed once or twice a night to relieve engorgement and build a small freezer stash, usually between 100-150 ml a day, sometimes a bit more. (Never got used to a breast pump). (My baby has MOTN feeds only sporadically.) I stopped doing this, though, as soon as it seemed my breasts could handle overnights without needing to empty.

Just this week I had my first few nights without feeding her or expressing. Last night I tried expressing a bit before going to bed, around 11pm, and only managed to collect a scant 40ml.

No issues with producing enough for my child during day, judging from the number of wet diapers.

I'd like to donate as much milk as possible during the next five weeks. Should I start waking up again to hand express? Any other advice? I can rent a pump if necessary, but I'd rather stick with what I'm used to - that is, if I can get my supply up that way.

FBI Name Check instead of fingerprints for background check?

Hello everyone, I'm applying for citizenship through marriage but I thought you all might have insight here. I've had my fingerprints professionally printed three times, and each time the FBI has rejected them due to poor quality. The technician taking the prints confirmed with me that my prints seem to poor definition. I followed the best practices each time (was hydrated, applied hand cream frequently two weeks beforehand but not the day of, didn't wash my hands in the hours before the print was taken). LiveScan does not help.

It appears I am a candidate for an FBI Name Check request.

Does anyone here have experience with obtaining a federal background check this way? How did you request it? Did Italy accept it in your application? What about with state level background checks - did you request a Name Check-equivalent for those, too?

Thanks in advance for your help.
