Any way to use Wise, PayPal, or Payoneer from Afghanistan

Hello everyone! I know these services don't officially support Afghanistan, but is there any legitimate way to get around this barrier and use them while living here? Has anyone managed to do it? I'd appreciate any advice.

Thank you.

Looking for an Online Japanese Teacher (Recommendation Letter)

Hello everyone,

I'm Ershad from Afghanistan. Due to serious personal circumstances, I need to leave my country and relocate somewhere safe where I could continue my higher education and build a stable future. Recently, an opportunity related to Japan came my way, and I'm doing everything I can to improve my chances.

I've been studying Japanese on my own through YouTube and other free resources. Since I haven't had the opportunity to study with a teacher, I'm looking for an online Japanese teacher who would be willing to, if they believe it's appropriate, write me a recommendation letter.

If you're an online Japanese teacher or know someone who might be able to help, I'd be very grateful.

Thank you very much for your kindness.

Note: I send an email to the committee, but I haven't hear back.

Hi everyone,

I like watching movies, talking about cultures and customs, geography and...

I do motion graphics and I edit videos for an Afghan YouTube show. And I'm recently planning to start creating faceless content on YouTube.

Please let me know if you are interested.

I wanna start a new life in KZ, but I can't get a visa and I'm devastated.

Hi everyone.

I’m a 20-year-old from Afghanistan. Recently, I have become disappointed from my homeland and started thinking about immigration. After researching about many countries, I eventually became deeply interested in Kazakhstan. As someone from a Turkic-Mongol background, I feel a cultural connection with Kazakhs, and the more I learn about the country, its people and cultures, the more I become confiendent about my decision.

Since getting a visa to Kazakhstan is difficult for Afghans, I applied for the Bolashak Scholarship, which could allow me to continue my higher education there + I could get a visa. I had my interview on July 7. Unfortunately, shortly before the interview, a robbery occurred in my neighborhood which left me extremely nervous and unable to present myself properly. I explained the situation to the scholarship committee, but I have not received a response yet. The days since the interview have been very difficult. I have already started learning Kazakh and studying the country's culture, and I genuinely want to start a new life in KZ.

I am not hopeful to get the scholarship. The only thing in my mind to move to KZ but I don't know how?

I am emotionally devastated, could you help me out?
