Turned down my first bag from my seller and feeling kind of bad about it?
Essentially I got into the rep game in late 2024 and tried a few sellers until I found one that I liked and was providing great quality.
On Tuesday June 16th ordered a bag for myself and a YSL straw bucket bag as a gift for someone I’m very close with. I got the PSPs for my bag almost right away but my seller told me when they got the first YSL bag the stitching was bad (sent me a picture of the stitching) and that they were getting another one and it would be there tomorrow, this was on Tuesday the 23rd. Fast forward to yesterday, 30th and I was like “heyyy really don’t mean to rush you but do you have the new bag and PSPs?” She was super nice about it, said it was taking a while but hopefully tomorrow, which had been the 3rd time she said this, but she has been good to me for about a year now so I didn’t mind.
Now this morning I wake up to my PSPs and they in my opinion are not good. The color of the leather is wayyyy off and the bottom of the bag doesn’t even make the factory photos in her album that I ordered from. I pointed this all out and I’m waiting for a response, but I’m feeling bad 😭 I’ve never turned down a bag before (I haven’t had to with this seller, she usually catches things before I do). Ugh.
