I'm a 26-year-old male, and I've been struggling with PMO since I was 14 or 15.
About 5 months ago, I managed to go 8 months completely free from masturbation for the first time in my life. However, I relapsed. My biggest mistake during those 8 months was that I never actually stopped watching pornography—I was still consuming it while abstaining from PMO.
Now, my main issue isn't just standard porn sites; it's the compulsive urge to search for hidden content. I find myself going down rabbit holes searching for Telegram channels, OnlyFans leaks, and bypassed websites. Standard DNS blockers don't stop me because I always find a way around them or end up on non-traditional platforms like Telegram.
I want to cut this off completely—both pornography and masturbation.
How do you break the compulsive "searching/hunting" mindset for leaks and Telegram content?
How do you set up strict digital boundaries when your work requires heavy internet usage?
