There is a customer who made me feel very uncomfortable, he chased me in his vehicle after delivering him a package, he almost collided with the front of his car with my van, the crazy drove straight towards me (face to face) to force me to stop (he was with his two 5-7 year old daughters in the co-pilot's seat 😳) he complained that I stepped on his lawn with my van.

It should be emphasized that his lawn is absolutely poorly cared for and he does not even cut it, apparently he wants to sue to be paid for the money he does not invest in his own lawn, what do you think? My DSP will say it's not a big deal but I don't feel safe when I go to that crazy Damm's house

I've tried to be as fast as possible but I can't find a way to finish my route in 10 hours of work without giving up my 30-minute lunch, is it just me? I just take my two 15 minutes break, and of course I have to literally run between every stops

Who clean Amazon vehicles, should be us or DSP has external contractor to do it?
