Heyy!! I’m Anda, 20, and moving to NYC to finish my degree. I’m completely new to the city, so I’d love to find roommates who are kind, welcoming, and down to become friends too. 🫶

Budget: Up to $1,500/month (including utilities)
A lil bit about me: I’m studying communications + business, but I’m obsessed with all things creative like fashion, film, photography, and creative direction. I make short films for fun/ love putting together photoshoots. :)
I’m also super clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces (oldest sister + strict immigrant household lol), so I always do my part.
I’m happy living with men or women, LGBTQ+, or roommates up to around 29.
Non-negotiables:
• A kitchen (I need somewhere to microwave my Trader Joe’s meals 😭)
• I don’t have established credit yet, but I’ll most likely have a guarantor.
Neighborhoods: Hamilton Heights, West Harlem, Morningside Heights, Washington Heights, or the Upper West Side.
