2 users with pro, why are accepted offers on cards going to auction?

This has been happening for a while. I will offer on a friends card and they will accept. Instead of instant transfer the card will go to auction. Why is this occurring?

Paying off Debt Suggestions

Hello, 30m looking for some guidance on next course of action. Past me fucked myself but present me has been taking a lot of steps to resolve the issue. I have not used the cards in about 2 months but the monthly payments are getting to me. Eliminating 1 monthly payment would be amazing, so I am leaning towards withdrawing enough to pay off credit card 1. This would also allow me to take less out of the roth than the full available amount. Reason i am posting is because the interest, balance, and payment on credit card 2 is higher and I am not sure if getting that down to about 5k and still having two monthly payments would be the better option? Withdrawing from the Roth sucks but at this point I think it needs to be done to make some good progress on this bullshit. I only have about $300 a month of available spending after I pay bills and save for groceries/rent and I would like some more wiggle room so I do not spend with the cards again. Appreciate any advice.

roth ira total - $16.5k

can withdraw from roth - $10,550

credit card 1 - $7,578.95 - 20.94% - monthly payment $201

credit card 2 - $14,794.53 - 22.49% - monthly payment $423
