'Legal' question about working overtime

How is overtime and working on off days compensated fi tounes ?

In the context of working in an IT company as engineers, designers, BAs etc, ie someone considered as ''cadre''.

Are people doing overtime without compensation ?

There is no RTT / comp time fi tounes but legally they have a right to compensation.

Is it common practice ? Can they file complaints ? And if so to whom ? Inspection du travail ?

Is 4500 salary + 3500 for accommodation and 2500 for transportation enough ?

Hello everyone

I got a job proposal and they are offering me 4500AED plus 3500AED for accommodation and 2500AED for transportation and I wanted to know if that would be enough to live in Dubai knowing I am single. Is it worth the move to the UAE ?

I thought it was forbidden for a man and woman unmarried to be alone in a room ?

Why was Agnes >!alone with dentist!< ?

They explicitly said in the handmaid's tale that a man a woman who are unmarried were not allowed to be in a room alone.

>!Even June when she was alone with the gynecologist they made point of it being unusual, and he had to send his assistant out of the room for some reason.!<

>!So why is it okay in this case ?!<

Did everyone just forget what June did ?

Did everyone just forget that June >!raped Luke after she got to Canada ?!<

>!It never got adressed and the show seemed to have forgotten about it and went on to paint her as the hero again after they so intentionally made an effort to make her character more complex.!<

I'm currently on episode 7 of season 6.

And I am wondering why didn't aunt Lydia insist at the very least or order a state mandated visit to Janine after she was taken to that creepy commander Bell's house ?

She did it in the first season with the Waterfords when she suspected something was going on at their house. She even showed up escorted with guardians and the Waterfords were actually scared of her. Implying she had some sort of authority to inspect and report any incidents at commanders houses.

Did the show runners just forget about this ?

I've noticed -same as everyone- that they really dulled out the characters and the storylines but this show should've ended like 2 or 3 seasons ago.
