The weather can be pretty gloomy where I am and this is my first time putting my pachy outside. Would love to hear from more experienced people. Also advice about the adenium obesum is welcome too, I do not know how much gloomy weather they can take either. Attached is a pic of the weather forecast (top fahrenheit bottom celcius, it's the same thing)

What are these growths on my lamereii?

I was wondering what these new growths on my pachypodium lamerei could be. Are they roots? Or branching or something else? Do I need to do anything about it?

Some background: This is my only pachypodium and it is about two and a half years old. It has been a completely indoors plant in my care and did not go into dormancy because of my grow lights and warm environment of my plant room. It is in 100% inorganic substrate consisting of pumice and perlite and lava rock. It has a strong grow light, I water quite often whenever I see the pumice change color. It has been growing steadily. Recently I have been dealing with thrips. It also suffers from them a bit, however it is not a big infestation so it hasn't been really bad. At its current spot, a plant with a moss pole that has consistently moist moss in the moss pole sits close to it. The growths that I found are all at the side of the plant facing away from the light source, and close to the moss pole.

Thanks for ideas and advice!

Do crow bros like snails? I wanna make some new friends so I was thinking about what offerings I can provide. I see peanuts and cashews are well liked, but how do I get them to notice the offerings?

I saw a few crows on the roof of a low building a few hundred meters away from my patio this morning. But they never come close and I would like to attract them. I also have a snail problem in my little patio garden and it would be amazing to get rid of the snails in a way that would benefit the local wildlife. Any suggestions on how I can do this?

Also here is a crow drawing I made a few years back. Thanks!

I thought this was a Calkin's Gold, but then it grew this pinnated leaf. Can anyone help me identify what my philodendron actually is? I don't think Calkin's Gold pinnates/fenestrates.

I have had this plant for a few years. Last year I air-layered, chopped and attached a few nodes of it on a moss pole. It has been growing nicely. I noticed that the newest leaf of it looked weird before unfurling and today it opened up enough to see that it is a properly pinnated leaf! I took some pictures of the plant from various angles and also pictured is the mother plant. Does anyone know what it is actually called? I searched the web a lot but could not find any examples of pinnated Calkin's Gold, so although I might be wrong, I don't think they ever grow such leaves. Thanks!
