Tonsil Stones Every Day

Hello everyone. 18F here and for the past couple weeks i’ve been having tonsils stones every. single. DAY. Now my oral hygiene is great and truly i’ve never had tonsil stones in the past. Maybe twice a year if that. My diet is healthy and balanced and nothing has changed. You see, I do sleep with my mouth open but I have for years. I’m confused because nothing is changing on my end yet i’m having them every day. My breath doesn’t stink, my throat doesn’t hurt, and I havnt gotten sick with a throat thing in a while. Should I just try some at home remedies or should I also book an appointment with an ENT. Thanks for reading, any advice would be appreciated!

Researching NYC diversion programs (writing a show)

Hello everyone, I’m writing a grounded NYC coming-of-age/crime drama and researching youth diversion/community service programs in Brooklyn/NYC.

If you’ve actually been through diversion, probation, court-ordered community service, or a youth alternative to incarceration program in NYC, what was it REALLY like day to day?

What did the structure feel like?
What kinds of people were there?
How easy was it for people to abuse the system?
What kinds of things actually got people kicked out or violated?
What did supervisors/case workers act like?

Not looking for legal advice, just trying to understand the environment realistically.
