I usually season pretty heavily with pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. I love the taste, but how do ya'll season eggs?

Just moved into an apartment complex that was built in the 80s and no matter how much I clean, I feel like it's dirty. Advice?

Basically what the title says. The apartment is renovated but cheaply. I have OCD so I'm always a little cleanliness anxious but this has me feeling like everything is filthy despite having cleaned it upon move in.
