Been awhile-what’s the seat strategy for a family of 3?

3 hour direct flight. No status. Need to check a car seat and maybe a bag, the rest standard carry ons. Don’t want the back or late boarding but don’t need very front of plane either.

We haven’t flow SW since before whatever this is. Thanks!

Losses after living child-experiences wanted

Hello, I have one living child, no issues. I have had three early miscarriages since and am FVL heterozygous and PAI-1 4g/4g. I have had no DVTs or PEs, including while on birth control and during pregnancy. My RE is deferring to me on my next approach around Lovenox. My question:

Has anyone had a living child and then not been able to be successful with the next until Lovenox?

Because I’ve never had a clot and had my first pregnancy with no issues, the official guidelines point to no Lovenox, but I’m interested in stories about my specific situation that say otherwise

5-6 week miscarriage and travel

This is my third miscarriage but first where the HCG has started dropping and I have a chance to pass on my own. I have a yolk sac and pole measuring 5w4d HCG 800 progesterone 5. Mild cramping.

I need to go on a 5 hour train trip with my four year old tomorrow night. Should I cancel? When will I start bleeding? How bad will this be? How long will I bleed?

Thanks for any stories.

Had a moment of hope this morning after seeing a fetal pole and yolk sac, but HCG and progesterone are dropping and it’s over. I had a son who is four with no issues. Two blighted ovums last year. I’m somewhat happy to not have seen another empty sac. I don’t know what’s next for us.

If anyone has experience passing something of this size, or how long to expect from here (HCG 800 progesterone 5) please share. I have to have d&c’s with my last two because HCG kept rising and the sacs kept growing.

Nov 2021: living child born, note failed induction due to cervical ripener not working

March 2025: MMC blighted ovum, pills didn’t work, after a week of agony and uncertainty, in office MVA

September 2025: MMC blighted ovum, in office MVA. Post hysteroscopy and biopsy shows normal situation.

March 2026: looking like another MMC, possibly a blighted ovum

How screwed am I to have another MVA/d&c? I clearly was fine after the last two. The pills don’t work for me as proven twice now. I don’t have time nor want to wait for a natural has my HCG is high and tends to stay that way.

All stories welcome, thank you.

Clinic not counting me out yet, but this looks like my third blighted ovum. Testing normal. I have a four year old. What is wrong with me.

Hi! I had my son in 2021 with no issues. I was also on hormonal birth control (with moderate adherence as a 20 year old does) from 2003-2010 with no issues.

I had two miscarriages in 2025, both early blighted ovums.

I have since been diagnosed with FVL heterozygous. My mom is also hetero and had a PE and DVT with her pregnancies, and clots with hormonal birth control.

In October 2025 right after my diagnosis my doctor flagged that I had calf twinges since the first miscarriage and through the second, went for ultrasound. The found +|- (essentially this means maybe) a superficial clot in my small sapheus vein. It wasn’t treated, and continued to have twinges really up until now, and ongoing.

I’m now pregnant again. I am very body aware and familiar with the symptoms. I’m on baby aldrin. Hemotologist and the fertility clinic don’t think I need Lovenox.

My question: does my history of my first pregnancy with no clot help me in my second? I’m 5 years older this time (39). Thanks!

4/19/26; HCG 45; Prog 12

4/21/26; HCG 169; Prog 32; Estro 334; 25.1 hours

4/23/26; HCG 617; Prog 18; Estro 139; 25.7 hours

4/27/26; HCG 2047; Prog 32; Estro 611; 55.1 hours

Worried about that slowing doubling time on the last draw. Thoughts?
