Really confused on weather to HODL (as suggested by some analysts) or to sell….

Very close to NYC… how do I find the locations of the Bin locations?

I am a 25% beneficiary of my late dad’s will (died just over a year ago). However my Step-sister (who is 20 years older than me) has a history of animosity towards me (as does most of the family). I (being the pushover I am) haven’t sought probate advice until now (a year later), when she informed me that as executor of the Will, she would (only) be paying me $600.00/week (as is stipulated in the bill, however my late, senile, father wrought that on as my allowance, unfortunately not in those words though), which will not even begin to cover rent where I’ve lived for the past 2+ years (and where my Step sister encouraged me to stay, draining my own assets and savings in the process).
I’m also technically a (vulnerable adult having no-polar depression) and my dad having expressed the fact that $600.00 was (as it was close to what he was giving me allowance for the past 10 years of my life along with taking care of my living expenses separately).
I don’t mind having someone (NEUTRAL) distributing the money to me, however, I also know my father intended on that $600.00 to be a “weekly spending allowance” for lack of a better term. If anyone has had anything similar happen to them, I’d definitely be interested in hearing it! Have a great day everyone!

So Indiana (I believe) outlawed “Prediction Markets”… how long until the rest of the country?

Is this common? I only ask because before I call the post office and make a big fuss, should I wait until around 4pm when my Mailman usually comes?
I’m just confused because this has never happened before and it says “Latest Update” (instead of “Delivered”) and then says Delivered in/at Mailbox of resident.
As I mentioned though, our mailman has not even gotten here yet…. What should I do?
