Does my Filter need to be placed?

After the company servicing my pool cleaned my filter, they recommend I replace my pool filter. The pressure gauge is at 1 (which i believe is really 10).

Blackstar ID:X vs Vox Valvetronix

I have a Fender GTX that I love and I'm looking for a second amp.

I can not decided between the Blackstar & Vox. I want something that doesn't require an app, has a way to adjust the power, and is different than the Fender.
