Im talking just labour. 20 hours into the project

I'm a Carpenter who's very proficient in tile, drywall, know how to work a trowel. I've never done stucco though. I know I could research online and find the information but I like touching base with the Reddit community. They've taken out old windows and added smaller ones and it looks like the previous person installed mesh and a scratch coat. I haven't gotten up close to it yet but it seems there there's a decent depth to build out too. How much can I build out per coat and what's the best way to attack this in general

Installed my exterior door slightly out of square. Not always easy with the low quality cheap doors are these days. I've already foamed it, jamb extension and brick mould so I'm looking at maybe buying a new weather stripping kit that's larger? Looking at the easiest best way to fix this. Thanks
