She only really targets people who think too much about their own beauty and appearance, or fixate on other people due to their looks, often being stalkers and such, so I suppose she wouldn't come to most of y'all OCs. In that case I'm just going off the character. A ghost girl is bored and pays your character a visit!

Continue to expand my horror verse, now with a little less chill entity. The Outlooker looks out for the wild life and nature, protecting the forest and its animals. He is neutral and will just try to avoid humans unless they are harming woods, plants or animals. Then humans are dead.
