I got my new ID 2 years ago, then last year December I moved to my new other home, then this May 14 I lost my ID, then this May 15, I changed my address on my DMV online then my new ID was suppose to mail and shipped 7 to 14 days but my new ID never come, any thoughts???

I bought my Mint Mobile SIM card on Amazon. If I put my Mint Mobile SIM card on my T-Mobile phone, I can't make a phone call or text. If I put my T-Mobile SIM card on my T-Mobile phone, I can make a phone call or text. It happens at my area 89104 zip code. I did live chat at Mint Mobile and customer care phone support but no avail. Have you experiencing problems with your Mint Mobile service???
