[TX] Can/should I be written up for this or is this just some weird micro-managing?

In my job, we have what is called "Away" time which is what we can use apart from our scheduled breaks. We have to meet 90% adherence everyday which is equivalent to about 45 minutes of away time.

Now, my sup is calling me out because I took my scheduled break time plus a bit of away which totaled a 22 minute break (15 min scheduled break plus 7 min away). This wasn't really an issue before because I was always meeting my 90% daily, so I asked if there's a time limit for being away at a time.. and my sup actually says that it shouldn't equal to an actual scheduled break. Basically saying I shouldn't take 15 minutes at a time on "away".

Firstly, I only took 7 minutes "away" but added it with my scheduled break, so I didn't actually take 15 minutes "away" but I guess.

Second, even if I decide to take 15 minutes of "away" time, why should I be penalized for that? Sometimes I might have an emergency, or I need to use the restroom which can take a while. Even without a legitimate reason, what if I just want to take a small break? Why would it matter how long I take as long as I'm meeting the daily adherence?

Is my sup actually being reasonable or is this just some odd form of micro-managing?

Job listings

I've heard of different projects like HH, H, BC (food), VYGR, etc.. but has anyone here applied to job listings from other companies in the jobs section? I'm new to this platform so I'm not sure if it's like some LinkedIn platform where I can encounter jobs but also scammy ones. I mean, $35/hr for a data entry role doesn't seem legit 🫠

What are y'alls personal preferences on a sitter's furbabies?

Do y'all prefer for their furkiddos to be up to date with vaccines and neutered/spayed? My girl tested positive for heartworm like a few months ago, but I know that can't be transmitted between dogs by physical contact or anything. I'm not sure this is something I should worry about regardless. I'm also not sure if I'm being a pushover with wanting to know if the sitters' pets are up to date on vaccines?

VPN

Can they tell when you log in just to look at your projects but don't do any of them? I traveled for Memorial day weekend and am still in rhe same state I live in, but I'm not sure if this hotel has a VPN. Sometimes I want to log in to see if I have new qualifications or more projects, but not sure if I should so I refrained from logging in this whole weekend.

Tracking activity

Does DA keep track of clicks and things like that? Sometimes I end up going to the restroom for a few minutes and leave the task open, but I don't login the time I went to the restroom. Should I be going back to the dashboard if I take a quick break? I read threads that say DA does this. Wasn't sure

Feedback

When I got the feedback, I recall there being an option to save it somewhere so that you can refer back to it, and I chose that option. Now I don't see it anywhere in my profile. Where can I access that?

Can anyone tell me from this photo what exactly is needed ASAP? My brakes are also sounding very squeaky anytime I park the truck and brake, but I don't see it being recommended here. I don't really have enough money to get everything fixed at once, so I want to tackle the most important stuff first one by one. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! This is for a RAV4 2019. I'd also like to know if there are mechanics or shops that can do these things for a cheaper price. I can pay some of these things, I'm just not sure if dealerships are automatically the more expensive options than a local mechanic.

I know someone that is deathly afraid of flying, mainly because they do not like the feeling of not being in control like driving a car. They feel like they have bad luck and that for some god given reason, their flight will be the one to have issues. They're even willing to do a 30 hour bus ride over a 4 hour plane ride. I don't want to force them to choose the flight for this trip if they really just can't get over their anxiety, but I would at least like to give them some facts and tips that can help them consider choosing the flight (honestly I would be way more anxious about a 30 hour bus ride). It's not the pilot they don't trust, it's the plane itself and the fear of it breaking down.

What rule do you all have for yourself whenever having to cash out? Do you just withdraw payment whenever any funds are available to transfer or do you wait for there to be a certain amount to withdraw? Since I work every day, I assume that each 7th day there will be new funds to withdraw, but I want some rhythm or structure and not withdraw right as each payment is available, if that makes sense.

Even after I turned it off on my windows laptop, the location is not accurate to my home address although it is still in the same state, just further up north. Is this an issue?
