Hello! Im not a paramedic, but I saw some concerning things a few days ago and am curious on if this is something you guys have to deal with alot.

So a few days ago I came across someone who (I assume) was overdosing, another guy called 911 and we did everything they said. When EMS got there they started doing their thing, the thing is it was rush hour and there were tons of people in the hallway, and these people just walked past them getting in their way and bumping into them?? It was super concerning and security wasn't doing anything about it

Is this something you guys have to deal with regularly or were these people just unaware?
