I'm trying to set up controller layouts for games that don't have native controller support, but setting the right stick to basically function as the mouse does nothing. Left stick maps just fine.
Anyone know how to get past this?

I was using Dolphin emulator the other day, but this time when I closed the game, the software menu was in full screen and the corner buttons to change that decided to fuck off as well.
Closed and reopened Dolphin, but it was still stuck in full with no corner buttons.
I then uninstalled it, redownloaded it, and reinstalled, but still no change.
Any idea what I might be missing, like a keyboard shortcut or something? Thank you for any help!
GC and below only, SUPER light PC gaming (FUMES, Nidhogg, Samurai Gunn). The few games I tried, F-Zero GX, Mario Sunshine, and FUMES all seem to be running very well with no issue. I'm thinking if this is the most I want to play on it, I am likely fine, but I'm no expert.
Anyone else just left it as is after installing Bazzite, or use it mainly for retro emulation?
I just noticed this psu doesn't have a 24pin, so I'm unsure of how to go about shorting it to turn everything on. Please help an idiot out.

Looking good, running good. Made no adjustments, just ran out the box, which is crazy to me, cause I can't get several significantly less demanding games running at all.
Pretty cool time for this hobby.
Super Mario Sunshine will deceive you. It appears to run well until you get into the first proper level, then it becomes unplayable, topping at about 20fps. The fix is really easy, and the results are staggering.
Please note: This works in Dolphin MMJR2 ONLY. The same steps in standard Dolphin Emulator did not yield the same results. This is also with the USA version.
Highlight Super Mario Sunshine
Select Custom Game Settings
Graphics > Video Backend: OpenGL
Graphics > Hacks > Store EFB Copies to Texture Only: ✓
Graphics > Hacks > GPU Texture Decoding: ✓
And that's it.
Note in the video above how drastic the change is. I have tested Bianco Hills, Ricco Harbor, and Gelato Beach, and the experience is consistent. I haven't unlocked later stages yet so I can't say this with 100% certainty, but the game now appears to be perfectly playable at native resolution. If you are willing to put up with some occasional slowdown, you now even have room to push x1.5 and x2 resolution. It looks great at both.
