My Reels auto-crosspost to Facebook, and the combined view count on Instagram is misleading; e.g., a reel shows 80K views, but \~90% of that is coming from Facebook, while actual IG views are only 1-5K.

Has anyone else run into this? Would you recommend turning off auto-crossposting and instead manually uploading the same reel to Facebook *after* it's already live on Instagram? Does posting it manually (vs. auto-crossposting) hurt reach on either platform or vice versa?

I've been editing my own videos for about a year and I'm ready to scale. I need to get time back for content creation instead of spending it all in the editing chair.
