Its kinda crazy that it almost five years that Crunchyroll's highly popular anime only released on BD sub only not get english dub but it got dub in any other languages like French, Latam Spanish, European Spanish (Castilian), Brazilian Portuguese, Italian and German, Furthermore, die-hard fans believe that this anime cannot be dubbed (in english), either due to music heavy or because the vocal performances of the original Japanese voice actors are unmatched.

Given Crunchyroll's unpredictable nature when it comes to selecting titles for dubbing or managing its list of undubbed shows, what would it take for Bocchi the Rock! to get an English dub? maybe like how Anime Limited did for A Place Further Than the Universe if Crunchyroll doesn't step up?

Recently, Sana's rap from Kodocha went viral again on x, besides the nostalgia, if you look on the comments and retweet/repost, there are some comments comparing the quality like the voice were not "too anime" and freedom of the dubs at that time with modern dubs and others like Justin Sevakis at no 3, pointed out that the weak point of modern dubs and simuldub cause the dubbing quality were diminished that cause some perfomance and script were stilted.

what are your thoughts on this, in order to make a dub as great as the classic one, how to make a good modern dubs and simuldubs ?

They had two original French show, Dreamland & Musketeer Nanako and two anime PSYREN, The Eternal Fool's Words of Wisdom. I wonder if the former, the french show might get dubbed in english during its premiered.

With the anime was include in the simuldub lineup, i was curious and bit of worried how a dub for this anime might look like, especially for the VAs voicing character like Sitara, Muhammad, Tolui, Fatima etc. and the handling on Mongolian language, I wonder if they on effort by hiring dub voice actors that are fluent in Mongolian like the original Japanese version did, or just used the original audio (archival), this might be a daunting task for Crunchyroll. I hope the dub for this anime turn out great.

So, whats is your thought about the first two episodes ? have read the manga ? with the anime & manga gets an immense praised by fans & critics because Science Saru and Naoko Yamada managed to capture and respect Islamic & Mongolian culture perfectly.

With the English dub coming soon, I'm really hoping it's good, and I'm curious to see what the voice cast will be like. I wonder if they'll use MENA & SWANA voice actors for Sitara, Fatima, Muhammad, and the people of Tus, Persia. I'm also curious if they'll use a Mongolian language coach for the Mongolian dialogue in the first two episodes.

There seems to be negative reaction/comments on the r /anime subreddit, due to its reputation, especially the AI thing. What is your thought about this, and what does this mean for dubbing side ?,

So i made this alternate scenario dub cast where the anime got a Netflix's Vinland Saga treatment, in this scenario, during the day/month before the S1 premiered, Crunchyroll announced the dub & its cast, however Netflix got it earlier for non english/international with a different cast from L.A

So, HIDIVE had 3 simulcast anime for summer. with Hell Mode S2 dub were likely, Which other title were likely to get dubbed, The World Is Dancing or The Forsaken Saintess and her Foodie Roadtrip in Another World. The first episode of World is Dancing is already premiered, i'm curious to see how HIDIVE handle it if its get dubbed since that anime were period drama and heavily focused on japanese culture, the Noh.

I heard that the anime went viral after the release of 12 shorts on CR, and its kinda disappointed that it was not get simuldub next season. So for those who already watch the shorts, which dub VA you want to voice Sasaki & Yamada/Tamaya
