Does Weapon Finesse work with melee touch attacks? Does it make sense for a wizard?

I'm halfway through my first (Angel) playthrough, but I'm already thinking about the next one. I like the concept of a Lich using melee touch attacks for things that get close and I've read that in the tabletop version Weapon Finesse works with them, since natural (touch) weapons count as light weapons.

I'm thinking about Weapon Finesse and then points into DEX (after INT) for AC and melee/ranged touch attack bonuses. Would that work?

What kind of mat would you recommend for Central/Eastern Europe?

I've only played on a North Africa mat (a PVC mat, which works well) with my 8th Army, but now I'm planning to start collecting some soviets, and I need something more grassy.

I'm wondering if I should get another PVC mat or something more "3-dimensional" with a grass-like fabric?

What sidearms would a crossbow or polearm wielding burgher have in the late 14th/early 15th century? How about a poor peasant?

I'm building some hussite minis, for context.

Where to get peasant sidearms?

"Sidearms" as in weapons without hands that I can glue on their hips. I have swords, but I think my hussite peasants should mainly have axes and the like. Scale is 28mm.

In the Perry Agincourt French Infantry box, what are these hook things near the crossbows? Where do they go?

What sizes did pavise shields come in? Would one of these be more accurate for an early 15th century hussite handgonner/crossbowman than the others?

They look similar next to each other, but the 2nd/3rd look a bit too small in front of my hussite. They're supposed to be 1/56 scale, so they'd come out to about 130cm, 100cm and 105cm tall, left to right.

Would the french men-at-arms from this box fit hussites and/or anti-hussite crusaders better than the english men-at-arms? Or would the english be fine too?

I'm no fan of MMOs/very long games. Should I play SWTOR for just the story?

I also read somewhere that up until the second expansion the light/dark side have different story paths, so should I play one character of each?

Which classes would you recommend?

Headset or headphones and a seperate mic?

My Hyperx Cloud Revolver's fake leather parts are falling apart, so I'm looking for alternatives.

I mainly play single-player games on my desktop, listen to music and watch movies (in that order). But I also occasionally play with friends, so I need a mic too.

The surroundings can get a bit noisy, so I guess I need closed-backs?

I was also thinking about wireless, but I don't know if they're good for intense use?

The budget's about 200-300€. Located in Germany.

So far the plastic Perry kits look great, but I wonder if there's anything else I should look at.

I'm planning on playing Here's the Ruckus and probably Never Mind the Billhooks.

I've been eyeing this game for many months now, but I can't figure out how to actually play it. I guess it only came out in an issue of Wargames Illustrated, though I also read about some bonus stuff coming out in other issues too. Is the digital subscription the only way to get all the original Ruckus content?

I want to play late medieval western/central european skirmishes, not assassins and crusaders :(
