I finally got back to posting. And for a little intermission I'm making two short episodes and I'm giving them a noir look. Does that come across in these panels?

I've starred at this price for a while so if there's anything off about it I don't think I'd notice. I feel like maybe the lighting is off but I'm not sure.

Does the rendering make the scene look too crowded? I saw this in the recent Mario movie where the abundance of detail just looked too overcrowded at some points and now I'm curious to know if mine look too overcrowded too?
