Been using HdF Quicksand but unhappy with quality of recent buys -- seen great reviews of the above but if you were coming from Quicksand today, what would you buy?

Hey All -- I'm in my 30s and work in media with a lot of other 30-somethings who came up watching YouTube from when it started through today.

Obviously the big names of then aren't the big names of today but are any of you still watching or have you ever watched "OG" Creators who are still posting like Smosh, Rhett & Link, VanossGaming, etc etc?

If not, who are you actually watching? We're seeing so many companies chase after YouTubers to put them on Tubi, Netflix, etc but they all seem like channels that kids watch and have a heavy skew towards slop.

Have you seen a significant increase in your electricity costs by having central heat/air vs window units + radiator heat?

Deciding between two places in Edgewater right now -- 2 bed with central vs 1 bed with radiator + window units

I know Comed prices have been wonky in the last year + the heat waves coming more often and more intensely than before.

Moving to Chicago in August and have 2 cats -- anyone really love their vet, especially if they're great with cats!

One of my pair is missing a leg, so if anyone has a tripod then your recommendation is extra appreciated!

Hi All -- my partner and I just signed a lease in Edgewater and are looking for an honest take on internet providers in the area. We're moving from Los Angeles where our options all suck unless you have fiber so we're hoping it's... slightly less "they're all equally bad" in Chicago:

- I work from home in an video call heavy job + video streaming & downloading
- We're doing the usual Netflix/Hulu/AppleTV streaming at night
- No online gaming

Moving to Chicago for work in September — partner and I are looking for a cat friendly two bed near a red line stop for under 2400. Prefer north of Wrigley since we’d like to be close to the other lesbians in town.
