I always buy a chicharron with my carnitas for crunch on top

Tacos Al pastor with salsa de aguacate

Carnitas ranchero with Chile de arbol salsa

Price was right. Not sure I would buy again.

8 tomatillos

4 large garlic cloves

1 half white onion

4 large jalapenos

1 bunch cilantro

Everything gets roasted then blended
