We’ve been together a week shy of 9 months & like the title says she is having doubt whether she will be able to be with me long term because of how we deal with conflict. She has an anxious attachment style & i don’t know what style i have but when there’s a disagreement i go quiet & don’t like to address the problem or be the first person to bring it up & it’s exhausting for her. I want to know ways i can improve this as i don’t want to lose her but a part of me feels like she is going to have enough one day & just leave.

tldr: partner wants to leave me because i go quiet in conflict
