I wrote some heavy posts here last week that got deleted and don’t get me wrong I still get bouts of sadness, although I’m pretty sure it’s mostly due to not fucking sleeping properly, but anyways.
Things are definitely getting better in terms of my identity. Over some months I’ve realized like yeah while the sadness is there, it’s not hitting the same anymore you guys know what I mean? I know you guys know what I mean.
Struggling a bit with the whole go into the silence thing but yknow whatever. Meanwhile “think it in my head and it happens how it should eh” is like happening more and each time it happens I’m like ok I need to get my shit together and think good things but like yknow how it is not always the easiest but still doing it.
