If you want to climb, peeling is not optional. You HAVE TO peel for your supports. That is the #1 priority of any hero.

The win condition in any fight is kill enemy supports, then tanks, then dps. Even if you kill an enemy dps, supports and tanks can still stage a comeback. Keeping your support alive is the main priority of everyone, including supports themselves.

This also means enemy supports are your main priority. We agree on this right?

This means your job as DPS/Tank is to do the damage necessary/prioritize targets that gives you supports a safe space to exist. If there is a Hela off angling, she becomes PRIORITY NUMBER ONE. She must be marked. If there is a venom in your backline, you HAVE TO force him to leave as soon as possible.

As long as your supports are alive, there is infinite amount of chances for you to try and kill the enemy backline. If you had these two options :

50% chance of killing an enemy support, or 100% chance of saving your support, you choose the latter every single time.

Jubilee is extremely ridiculously BROKEN and OP in 9.5. She was my main hero and I got to eternity relatively quickly. My Jubilee tips as an Eternity jubilee -

- Your bubble pops are your core. The better your explosions are, the more you are likely to win. Stop spamming them. It is a massive cooldown.
For good value explosions, do the following :

Place a bubble on your tanks, beef it up, and pop it so it lands on both your tank and enemy tank. That helps tremendously with giving your team space. Your tanks are basically +20% hp, and enemy tanks are down HP.

Save it to shut down enemy plays. You see a Thing going in with his fire fists? Pop it on him so he has to flee.

Your Psylock is about to ult? Groot about to ult? Etc, save it so you can combo with them and guarantee team wipes.

- Farm ult fast and pop it first. You are the 2nd fastest ult farmer in the game (after Mantis). Stop using it defensively. If the enemy team doesnt have a mantis or jubilee, there will be no counter ult. YOU HAVE TO ult first before enemy supports build counter ults or Mag builds his ult. Free fight win.
