Hey everyone, I’m running into a frustrating deliverability puzzle and could use some "second opinions" to show my client.

I manage two different Klaviyo accounts, and both have the exact same technical flaw, but completely different results.

The Setup:

  • Both accounts have Branded Sending Domains set up in Klaviyo.
  • Crucial Part: Both accounts show "DMARC Record Not Found" on MXToolbox.
  • Both show a "Double Signature" in Gmail headers (d=shared.klaviyomail.com AND their own branded domain).
  • Client A: Sends 3 email campaigns weekly. High engagement. Every single email lands in the Inbox/Primary tab.
  • Client B: Sends only for sales/launches (very inconsistent). Recently, even a tiny blast to 200 people went 60% to Spam.

I’m trying to explain to Client B why they are being punished when Client A is "getting away with it" despite having the same missing DMARC record.

Since it's 2026, Google’s AI is way more aggressive. I think Client A is surviving on "Legacy Trust" because they have a consistent "heartbeat" of sends. Client B has no "heartbeat," so Google is defaulting to a strict technical check. Since there’s no DMARC record, Google is rejecting them as unverified.

Client's Suggestion: The client wants to buy a new domain and use a warming tool like Warmy.

My questions:

  1. In 2026, is a missing DMARC an automatic "Spam" trigger for low-frequency senders, even if high-frequency senders are still getting through?
  2. Is a new domain + warmy tool even going to help?

Would love to hear from anyone who has dealt with this "Ghost Sender" vs "Trusted Sender" logic with Google's new filters. Thanks!

Hi everyone, hoping to get some advice here.

I purchased a PHP 10,000 Maya Wallet Top-Up voucher from Giftaway Official Store on Lazada last May 1. The redemption email never came through because my iCloud storage was full at the time so it probably bounced. I've since fixed the issue and my email is fully active.

I've tried reaching out to Giftaway multiple times to request a resend:

- Lazada in-app chat — no response

- Facebook Messenger — no response

- Email — no response

- Their website contact form — no response

I also tried Lazada customer support but they weren't helpful either.

I'm planning to file a complaint with DTI (consumercare@dti.gov.ph) this Monday if I still don't hear from anyone. Does this actually work? Do they respond and take action? Has anyone had experience filing with them?

I'm also planning to request a chargeback through my Maya Black credit card for the PHP 10,310 I paid. Has anyone tried disputing a charge with Maya Black before? Did it work? How long did it take?

Has anyone dealt with Giftaway before or been in a similar situation? Any other options I might be missing?

Has anyone experienced getting the error code PY0101 when trying to use their Maya Black credit card for online purchases?

Every time I try to pay online, it declines with "PY0101 – acquirer decline due to high risk." The card is active and I have enough credit. I already contacted Maya support but didn't get a useful response.

From what I can tell, it's a risk flag on their payment gateway side, not a card-level block. But I'm not 100% sure if it also affects in-store transactions.

Anyone dealt with this before? How did you get it resolved?
