Yap about your favorite sapphic ships from games, please!

Been a part of many conversations about straight romances in the past few days, and I'm missing sapphic talk. Please, tell me about your favorite sapphic ships, canon, non-canon, "never even interacted in canon," whatever ship could make you really ramble.

Edit: Girls, you are all incredible, thank you for sharing so much stuff! I have... so many things to check out now!

On "games aimed towards women" because of romance.

Been seeing some comments lately complaining games are not aimed towards women because they don't have female main characters with male romances, and that most women in games are queer, which makes me a little bit frustrated, I guess.

First of all, I'm just frustrated at the implication that for a game to be aimed towards women, the romance needs to be with a male character. I often see comments recommending otome games as "games aimed towards women" and I'm bi and all, but those games are aimed towards "women who only like men, or who prefer men" at best.

Second, a female character being queer does not detract from romances with men in any way, in any way at all. For example, Kassandra in AC Odyssey has superficial hook-up options with both men and women throughout the game, and a couple of romances that go a little deeper with men and women as well, and any criticisms on superficiality would apply to both. The complaints being "most female characters in games are queer" just makes it seem like it's not about the romance options, but that the person doesn't want to see queer women at all, and that only games that allow romances with male characters, but don't allow romances with female characters would qualify. Seems weird to me.

Lastly, there are not a lot of games that restrict you to a sapphic romance. I can only think of Horizon's Burning Shores DLC where Aloy can romance Seyka, and Signalis.

So basically, this is it, just wanted to air out my frustrations as a bi girl as seeing people saying things that makes me feel like, to them, only "straight romances" count when it comes to "games aimed at women."

Can we talk about chemistry?

I always get hung up on this part of reviews when people say two characters have or don't have chemistry lol what brought this on rn in particular was The Jasmine Throne, before I started it I read a couple of people talking about it saying Priya and Malini had no chemistry, and I was prepared for a lukewarm romance in a great fantasy book. Now that I am reading it, I am pleasantly surprised, a lukewarm romance is not the case at all, at all. The couple hasn't won my heart in such a way where I would currently place it as a favorite of mine, but I would definitely say there's chemistry.

So I guess my question is: what even IS chemistry? Why do some people see it for some couples while some people don't? I always thought of chemistry as an undeniable thing, like, where you can dislike a couple but can't deny they have chemistry sort of thing. Now, I'm wondering what are the things that can influence the way someone see chemistry between two or more characters and all.

If you're willing, please give your thoughts and double bonus for examples to help your girl visualize the stance!

Tell me about some indie game you played this year?

Would love to hear some passionate rants lol

This year I finished some incredible games: Blue Prince, The Roottrees are Dead, Chants of Senaar. I tried Ultros out, wasn't for me even though I like metroidvanias. I unninstalled Cloverpit and Ball X Pit bc I hate the feeling of "just one more try" turning into an entire hour.

What about you guys?
