help me make a high protein vegan weight loss diet meal plan?
hi everyone! i absolutely suck at understanding food science and diets, and being vegan makes it even harder because i'm not sure where to get protein without it being too much fat. i would like to lose some weight by causing a calorie deficit and i am also working on weight training (light atm as i start out).
would anyone be willing to help me out with making a 7 day weight loss vegan diet?
