My budgie doesn't eat anything other than shredded carrots and seeds

Taquito only eats the carrots because i make it look like seeds, if anything else, he won't eat it. He doesn't even like millet spray. I've tried pellets too. Anyways, I wanted to try taming him with a "reward" or whatever that method is called, but nothing is rewarding to him cause he doesn't like that stuff. Is there other methods? anybody's budgie the same?

Unfortunately I care a lot about blending in and what other people think...is this overdressing, underdressing, or okay to you?(Her concert)

I wanted to wear this dress with a oversized jean jacket, maybe Mary Janes(is that what you call them?) and a beehive hairstyle. Obviously some 60s inspired makeup. But I'm a little bothered by the dress and IDK why. I'm not really trying to go for the 60s stuff, i personally want to wear what I think makes me look pretty but yeah. Since lots of ppl are doing 60s stuff, it's gonna make me question it. Hopefully this doesn't get taken down since it isn't heavily about Sienna
