My client was charged with Grave Coercion and Grave Oral Defamation. Last month nag start yung trial and nag cross examination ako sa private complainant (first witness ng prosecution). Then yung next nilang i present is yung last witness nila. My question is, pwede ba itanong ko ulit kay second witness yung ibang mga questions na binabato ko na kay private complainant? Thank you!

For the context, I recently got back to panliligaw stage since my breakup with my ex, 7 years ago. But this time, I'm courting a woman na nasa malayo (approx. 300kms away from home). Dito lang kami nagkakilala sa reddit and we've been talking for a while now. Calls, texts, chats, VCs.

I've been planning na pumunta sa lugar nila and take her out on a date para mas makilala ko pa sya ng husto. Are prosecutors allowed to notarize documents before the effectivity of 2004 Notarial Rules? May pinakita kasi client ko na notarized contract daw and nung chineck ko, it was signed by a prosecutor (sa acknowledgment portion) during the year 2000 and walang doc no, page no, and so on. No visible notarial seal din. Just the prosecutor's name stamp and his signature above it.

Grateful for that woman who slid in my DMs and have conversations with me for a week. But we figured out that we are not compatible. I promised to myself to bring the lessons I learned moving forward. So now, I'll try my luck again, for the second time.

Isa sa mga ipapamark ko bukas sa pretrial is yung brgy minutes of meeting. 3 pages sya so sinulatan ko temporarily sa lapis ng Exhibit 5, 5-A, and 5-B respectively. Pero gusto kong ma emphasize yung particular sentence na nasa page 1 ng document.
