It's 2004.. working at the AH stocking the coffee and candy aile. Back then stocking was done after the Appie was closed so the music was blasting. I recall a song that has always stuck with me but I have never found. Any chance /gabber/ knows the answer?

Something along those lines. That was more then 20 years ago. I don't think it was a local song, but it was near Haarlem.
I got this car to make some miles for work. Doing between 500-1000km per week (300+ burgermiles). I'm a big fan of n52 so far. The car only has 110k on the odo and I want to see it go past 200. It's a 2006 325i of that helps.

Some questions to you pros
The bumper is scratched to hell and I saw some cool body kits. Should I just buy a pre primer one and get it sprayed?
Is changing te fog lights to smoked and a modern gril insert going the car look better? The lower bumper looks like a telly tubby kid friendly middle aged manager. Which I am, and need to compensate for.
I saw some sweet Lazer led lamps from China. SJC or something, worth it?
I bought it with a decent aftermarket head unit but the build in mic sucks. Any ideas where I can get a decent mic? And I might as well get the reverse cam right?

Should I get the automatic transmission fluid replaced?

Came home from work (15km drive) and vapor was coming out of the motor compartment. Opened her up and the coollant was basically boiling! Called the mechanic the next day and diagnosed it was likely the thermostat not opening - engine block temp was normal when I got home. I already have a .4 serie coollant cap. I asked them to replace the waterpump because it's not that much additional work.
Lucky that I asked! Pumped fins were fxked as can be seen in the picture. A bit of a repair bill but replaced everything with sport versions (thermo opens faster, pump spins faster) and a new belt with smaller pulley.
Also had the head gasket check done (fumes in the coollant) and everything seems in order.
Close call! Happy to have bought from a reputable dealer with a great garage.
Good news, I now have a cool desk ornament :)
