So, as I have been with sky for nearly two decades, I thought I would call and see if offer worked. The offer I got was 10% higher than my current cost. While I pointed out the sky stream offer, which was a third ( yes a third) cheaper than my offer, that was only for new customers. My offer stood
To me, It really suggests that sky thinks that existing customers are so lazy, they are happy to pay £50 a month more just to avoid the pain of changing tv provider. Final straw for me. Apple TV for me.
