Update!!

https://www.reddit.com/r/TeluguFashion/s/Kbqt8LJVaI

Finally got the helix piercing!!! And honestly the pain was surprisingly very manageable? Idk why everyone said it would be like hell but it was actually fine. It was sore for the first 12 hours but settled completely after that.

So if there's ANYONE out there that wants to get a helix but is scared then please stop overthinking and just GO FOR ITTT

Some tips I could give you

  1. Make sure that u are well hydrated and have eaten properly before getting a piercing or else u may feel dizzy.

  2. Dont take any alcohol/ painkillers like aspirin, ibuprofen [NSAIDs] as this may lead to increased bleeding.

  3. Get yourself a neckpillow!!! This is a life saver trust meee. It was so easy to sleep even on the first day because of this.

  4. Get yourself some saline. This is non negotiable. Clean your piercing 3x a day in the beginning and then for 2x a day.

  5. If you reallyyy need a painkiller then u can take paracetamol.

  6. ICE PACK!! Especially during the first 48hours when the piercing is sore. Just for 10 mins some 2-3x a day.

I struggle with consistency

Heyy everyone!!

I'm 23F 5'6 weighing 105kg. That's OBESE. I've been obese all my life but never cared much abt the aesthetics but I have started feeling very lazy recently. Like I can genuinely feel the weight affecting my health.

Over the years, I started my weight loss joined many times and maybe lost like 3-4kg before going back to my normal routine. I tried calories deficit, intermittent fasting, yoga, gym but I struggle with consistency. I also have a very demanding degree + internship right now so yeah I dont have alot of energy or time. But I dont wanna make up any excuses anymore.

Also I'm concerned about getting loose skin. If anyone has any tips please drop them here.

Club Rogue, Sarath city mall

I feel like everyone has a crazy story attached to this place before deciding to NEVER go there again 😂😂 Mee story enti??

EDIT : Sare because everyone wants to knw my story first, here goes...

Adhi oka Saturday night, I went to club rogue with my girlfriends. Got approached by a girl of our age. We thought she was alone when she randomly joined our group. Alone unnava ani adigithe, "anna valla tho unna" ani cheppindhi. Kani vallu antha uncles 🙏🏻 So apparently the strategy is they lure girls into their group using this girl as bait, they act all nice and protective, then they invite the girls out (after clubbing). The girls being drunk and unaware say yes. Akkada vellaka scene maaripothadhi ani vinnanu. We were also approached by these uncles kani devudi daya valla thappinchukunnam.

Asala those uncles were damn creepy, I can still remember they way the were looking at us🤮 Asala daridram enti ante all the people that regularly go to this club knw about this batch and their strategy, that's how I got to knw the story (weeks after the incident happened to us)

If there's any girls reading this, please avoid this club and any random ass strangers who approach you and try to take u to a second location. You can never be too careful.

So im getting that itch again👂🏼

Im thinking of getting a 3rd piercing, I cant decide between a 3rd lobe and a helix.

The 2nd lobe piercing is new, I had it done last month and it's already healed. I didn't necessarily follow any aftercare. It healed by itself, no infection, nthg.

The helix looks sooo pretty but the healing time and the pain is scary 😭😭😭😭 Almost every single person ive spoken to has adviced against helix.

What do u guys think??
