When I turn I hear a big knock I’m not too handy any ideas what it could be

Just submitted my SAP appeal (GPA + units) for the Aug 21 deadline. I had some medical and financial stuff happen last semester, I have my doctors and my UC visits and laid out a solid plan for this semester too. Just nervy waiting
I didn’t do to well my first semester of college did alright in winter and then in spring I was doing good and everything went bad for me

Anyone been through this what were your odds like with solid documentation, and how long did it take to hear back?
