Nitrite-water change?
I stopped dosing ammonia maybe 3 days ago, however the nitrites haven’t budged. They’ve been the same deep purple for 4 days now, should I do a water change? How much?

Hi! My friend recommended me to stop dosing ammonia to the tank till nitrites are 0PPM. Currently nitrites are purple! The ammonia is getting processed 2-4PPM within 24 hrs aswell. Should I listen to him?

These are the results, ammonia is going from 2-3PPM to 0.25-0.5 in 1-2 days now, nitrite is that deep purple still, and nitrate used to be almost RED, but all of a sudden it’s orange?? I haven’t done any water changes or added any pothos. Any tips on what I could do better? (Ph is 7.4) ALSO should I keep redosing ammonia? I’ve heard that since it’s purple still (nitrite) I should wait till it goes down before redosing.

Hii, my betta is having troubles swimming and I believe it’s swim bladder disease. Do I fast him for a few days till he’s swimming better? Here’s a video of him :( he’s at the bottom quite a lot right now.
Hiii! I want to put a male Kenyan sand boa in a 20 gallon long, but I wanna know the best things to put in it to make sure he thrives. Ford anyone have some good substrate, and heat source to recommend? If y’all know anything on the cheaper side too that’s still good that’d be great!

It’s been so many weeks I haven’t even counted. An absurd amount of them. My test results with the master kit have been the same for weeks and I don’t know what to do. I’m adding seachem stability daily, I have the sponge filters running on max for more oxygen, I have live plants in the tank, the temperature is at 65 degrees I believe, (I don’t have a heater) and my axolotl is tubbed in a container right now while his main tank cycles. Anyone know what to do or what I’m doing wrong?

I’m feeding my axolotl pellets right now, (temporarily) and he’s eating so many 😭 he won’t miss a single one and idk when to stop feeding him.
Before, when I gave him some, he ate more then 15 and he only stopped because I stopped giving him some 😭 how do I know when to stop? When his belly is the same width as his head?

I’ve been trying to feed my axolotl nightcrawler worms but he keeps spitting them out. He takes any other food, but just won’t eat these. I boiled them, then put them in a frozen bath, but he still won’t eat them. And he’s quite skinny so it’s worrying me right now, (also in the picture he’s in his temporary tub and it looks shiny but I promise it isn’t 😭 idk why it looks like that in camera.) also! I’ve seen people give them ENTIRE nightcrawlers instead of cutting them up to bite sized pieces. Should I do that??
I used ai to get an idea of what I want, would my axolotl be comfortable in here?
My mother’s axolotl is clearly not happy in the 20 gallon he’s in, I moved him into a bucket (temporary) while his tank cycles. Is that ok?? I’ll change 100% of the water daily in his bucket and add prime ofc, until his tank cycles. I hope that’s okay?

My mother has an axolotl but it looks sad and not proper?? I believe the water is above 68 degrees. This is what it looks like. I also believe the tank is not cycled.
I have a 83 gallon 6 foot long 18 inches 15 inches in height, what lizard can I add in it? We were thinking of a pretty big/affordable to put in it or 2 affordable lizard to put it In it. Any ideas?
