My neighbors finally moved out this month and my street is a lot more peaceful now
These neighbors had two big, crazy, annoying dogs that took away our peace for 5 years. The dogs were obviously neglected, never went for a walk, barked at everything starting at 5 am, tried to attack my mom a couple times and in many cases the owners would go away on vacation and abandon them at home. I'm SO RELIEVED that they are finally gone, but I'm scared that the new neighbors will have dogs too.
Meanwhile, I'm just glad that my street has been so much more peaceful. This afternoon I took a nap in the living room and later I told my mom "I don't remember the last time i was able to sleep on the couch during the day without being woken up by a dog." Mind you, with the window OPEN. Dogs really take away our peace.
