NEED HELP WITH BETTER TRUCKS US SHIPPING

I am genuinely so frustrated by this. I recently sold an item and the seller chose better trucks as their shipping method. I dropped off the package at a drop off on June 13 and its now June 21. The package has NOT moved from the drop off location.

I contacted the drop off location and they informed me that better trucks drivers don't regularly come to pick up, they only come when there is a package and that Vinted has to notify the driver to pick up the package.

It's been over a week since the package has been dropped off. I tried calling Better Trucks and the automated voice system hung up on me. Tried using the AI chat box and it can only answer like 5 questions. I just emailed them but honestly have no idea what to do. I was thinking about going back to the drop off and just getting the package back, refunding the seller, and asking them to repurchase with a different shipping method, but since the shipping label has been scanned i cant even cancel the order.

What should I do?? Has anyone else experienced this with Better Trucks? I have never heard of or used them before this.

went to marshall's today and saw a cute dress from the brand sincerely jules and tried looking it up online to see if anyone was selling it since the dress i found had a rip. mind u, this dress is $25. i in fact DID find the dress being sold for $100!!?? i understand selling items for slightly more than what you paid for, but seriously??? $100 for a marshalls/tj maxx brand dress?

checked out the person's page and they had about 5k listings and was basically reselling marshalls/tj maxx/h&m/etc brand clothing for insane amounts. saw another dress being sold that i LITERALLY just tried on in store at h&m 2 days ago that was $25 being sold on her page for $120.

why are some poshers like this? i totally understand selling it more than what you bought cuz of fees and i know theres lowballers but why sell clothing items for insane amounts when someone can just buy it in store right now?? i left a comment saying that the dress from marshalls can be found for $25 rn and she deleted my comment. insanity.
