What metric should I focus most on and what’s the best way to improve it as a Minecraft shorts creator?

Really tough pill to swallow.
I’m monetized, I have 30K subs, I have million of views.
From about like February to April, I raked in 10s of millions of shorts views doing Minecraft content. Suddenly, in what felt in the span of like 2/3 videos, my channel dipped.
I went from getting a million per vid to barely cracking 20k. For the past 3 weeks, every video starts at 1-2 of 10 but suddenly within 2 hours drops to 8 or 9 of 10.
It’s terrible. My swipe through rate is regularly below 70% and whenever a miracle happens and it is above 70%, the video still does relatively poorly. I checked with actual people (20-30) all whom said the hook and video were getting better not worse and people felt engaged.
I really feel hopeless, my dreams are in the gutter.

Minecraft/gaming editor needed
Hi!
I have 30,000 subs and I mainly make Minecraft myth busting content but I’d love to finally leave that niche behind and go on to general gaming / gaming meme content.
I am relatively recently monetized so I cannot guarantee super star pay yet. Right now I want someone who can understand and most importantly improve my style, be a pleasure to work with and become a real parter to the channel. I guarantee increase in pay as the channel goes on. For now expect $5 per short as my content really isn’t that demanding to edit.
If anything I said doesn’t fit the norm please forgive me it’s my first time looking for paid collaborators 😭
