What a stupid generalisation

Just came across this video.

Like why is she using Dhurandhar on thumbnail for no reason, the movie shows pre Partition Pakistan it has nothing to do with how Pak is shown in Dhurandhar.

Plus she is so narrow minded to Generalise the audience, all my friends who have watched MVA, have already watched Dhurandhar and loved both and so did i.

Unpopular Opinion: Bollywood has stopped exploring the FEAR of being caught in Romantic Films

I mean anyone who has dated in India, knows this aspect of romance.

Always having a fear to be caught by your family/society. The fear of PDA.

Forget the inter caste/religion romance, even within same community it is often a stigma in desi household that it's a sin to being involved in act of romance. I feel old Bollywood used to explore it.

Modern day bollywood romantic films barely explore it, families are way too accepting, it feels like a fairytale

Why can't these influencers make a video without adding mysogyny(inframe:Purav Jha, Shivam Bajpai)

The topic of video was good but i didn't like this part where the reporter guy justifies DV.

Really dissappointing given the fact that the video doesn't have anything to do with Gender war or something.

What's wrong with spill bee and her obsession with Alia (inframe:spillbee)

She copies everything from reddit. Her videos are so boring like previously she made a whole ass video on Sara visiting an event with Henry.

Plus what's her obsession with Alia, every next video of her is about Alia and how she betrayed Katrina. In her recent video, her whole point is that Alia is problematic cuz she said Alpha is a fun summer movie and compared it to blake's controversy which had no relation at all. And was blabbering Alia deserves the hate cuz she is overexpsed. Girl, literally you keep talking about her.

Plus she keeps attacking several celebs, while some are like angel in her eyes for e.g, Shraddha, Katrina.

Plus she presents reddit gossips as ultimate truth and presents one person in the video as completely wrong while one as completely right.

Edit: who knows she might take this post too and make a video titled "Spill bee gets exposed" or "Spill Bee's problematic behavior" lol

Just saw first episode of Latent

Firstly Sharvari felt very natural. And was actually good.

Alia was good too but she felt very anxious/nervous. Like her expression clearly tells the girl was being very concious of anything that would get cut and she will be trolled/hated.

Both the actors are playing safe with controversial stuff like Epstein joke they showed no reaction.

And same for Trump one, Alia was very anxious at that point obviously because she was trying to be politically safe.

And i mean alia has done AIB already where they made even dark jokes. She is definitely being concious of all hate and trolling hence she was so filtered.

Why football ain't as big as cricket in india(personal opinion)

India has had bad luck, the Qatar ficasso, it's harder to qualify through AFC, China spends a lot in football yet they rank too low and ain't qualifying.

No proper funding, infrastructure.

We can cry that cricket gets better funding and all-ok, but it wasn't always the case, literally there was a time when a Lata Mangeshkar's concert covered cricketer's fees.

Before '83 cricket didn't even have a big fan club in india. It organically got viewership cuz we were winning International cups, competing with legacy-world class teams like Australia West Indies.

Matches with Pakistan were generating high viewership.

No on wants to watch ourselves lose. If our team ever gets into FIFA, im sure the whole scenario would change.

I love how we have directors who can beautifully present different views on borders/war

Literally two of my favorite films of year Dhurandhar the revenge and Mai Wapas Aaunga.

While the two movies have common subject of borders, i like how they both present it somehow differently yet beautifully.

While MVA, takes a more humanising, anti-war take while also acknowledging the wrongfulness. The movie makes you feel emotional due to the memory of partition, a lost love/a burnt memory.

Dhurandhar has quite nationalistic approach, yet seem to go really good on humanising emotions of the spy, his mother, his family/son, his lost love and somehow the same burnt memory across the border.

I'm really glad that we have talented directors (both Aditya and Imtiyaz) in bollywood who can make diverse views around similar subjects and give the experience to explore cinema from different scope.

It makes the viewer more mature. Both of the movie took me time to like comeback to normalcy, leaving the theatre i was overwhelmed with emotions

Tea on Love and War

Currently they have paused the shooting for a long time and almost everyone involved in the movie is annoyed about it, cuz it's totally director's fault.

Specially Vicky since he is not able to start the production of Mahavatar.

The cameo/special appearene that was supposed to be done by Deepika ain't happening since the dates SLB wants, Deepika would be on break on that point due to preganancy.

The character is important to plot and was written from the start, currently they are seeing some other actress to play it, Alia had suggested Sharvari's name. It's not confirmed if she'll be onboard.

Ranbir wants the movie to release between Ramayan 1 and 2 so that he will have three releases within 1.5 years and would get enough time by the audience.
