TC chemo and sex...

Im supposed to start TC chemo next week and i am feeling too awkward to ask my Healthcare team about this... but.... other than the mouth sores did anyone else find they had sores anywhere else? Should I expect my lady parts to dry up or anything? Im 39 with triple negative invasive ductal adenocarcinoma, grade 3. Had surgery 4 weeks ago and tbh I had sex the day after despite the pain. I have a high libido and my partner is so lovely. When were in bed together sometimes its like the only time i feel "normal" or like a woman still. Now that the chemo is right around the corner im terrified that the experience will take away the intimacy I share with the person I love.

3 weeks post-op for partial masectomy and dealing with lumpiness and unevenness with my breasts. My compression garment is far too bulky for any cute summer tops/dresses. There is a 5 inch red incision on upper breast and a similar incision in my armpit. I wear a lot of spaghetti strap tops in the summer, and even deep V camisoles, but I have zero comfortable bras to wear right now. I can tolerate an underwire for about 4 hours.

Would love some recommendations on bralettes for plus size folks. Ideally with triangle cups, no underwire, thicker than spaghetti straps would be good, and a front clasp would be perfect but i dont know if thats realistic. Company must be able to ship to Canada or have Canadian stores :) for a 50" bust at the largest point. thank you!

Ive got a pretty high cement retaining wall (i think thats what its called?) That is on the border of a nice piece of my property that id like to turn into a play place for my kids and a little food garden for myself. The only problem is that cement wall has no fence on top and right below it is a 2 foot drop onto a concrete/cement(???) "hill" type thing (i dont know what that is called either). I want to put something in that is at least 3 feet high so my kids cant fall over it but it isnt so high it completely blocks off that part of the yard. Ideally whatever I do wouldnt be solid, because a full wall will block what little sun I can get in that corner of the yard.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I have no idea what is safest and most secure for this area. The last slide is an example of what I am trying to explain with putting a fence where.
