Convention Moved Dates to the Same Weekend as Bigger Convention, Should I Be Worried?

So many months ago, I signed up for two separate conventions that were originally scheduled 2 weeks apart in August. One is a newer one (I think it's their 2nd year) that I got accepted to; the other is a bigger one that's ran for much longer that I got waitlisted for. A few months after, the smaller con moved its dates to the same weekend as the bigger one. Although I didn't get into the latter, I fear now that the other convention won't get nearly as much foot traffic. Should I expect lower sales due to this? Or can I still hold hope?

edit: Should clarify both of these events are in the same metropolitan area

Discord Server Recommendations?

Hello all, this will be my second year attending Dragon Con, my first year doing all five days. I've only found ways to connect with other attendees on Facebook, but for personal reasons, I currently don't use that. I'm on Discord a lot, so I was wondering if there's any Discord groups for Dragon Con?

Am I using this air pump wrong? 2014 Mazda 2

Update: Thanks everyone who helped out! Yeah turns out that pump was a bust, I ended up using a friend's personal pump. I'm back to 30 PSI and another more-than-half year of not worrying about it.

Please excuse me if this is the wrong sub.

There's recently been a storm here and one of my tire caps are missing, so my low pressure light came on (at 25 PSI for one tire). I currently don't have my own air pump, so I've been going to QuikTrip on the rare occasion my tires need air. This is different from the pumps I've used before, the guy at the register says I have to use the angled end, he can't come and show me how because it's currently 3 AM and he's by himself. The pump straight up doesn't seem to fit or want to connect to the tire stem. Am I using this wrong or was the worker wrong in this scenario? If I'm wrong, how on Earth do I use this?? Links, videos, or pictures would be very useful.

TLDR: Is this air pump for car tires? If so, how do I use it?
